One of them is looking at a newspaper that shows a photograph of Minister for Energy and Resources, Gerry Brownlee, and the other comments that he is worried about mining these protected areas as there are 'blighters hell bent on stopping it!' Refers to the government's desire to prospect for various minerals on Schedule 4 land, the most highly valued conservation land, supposedly out of bounds for mining.
