Description

Minister for Local Government, Rodney Hide, and Prime Minister, John Key, both of whom wear babies' nappies, play in a playpen. They pull dolls that represent Aucklanders to pieces and throw them out of the playpen. They also have blocks that spell out 'Auckland' that they are making a mess of stacking neatly. A large block bearing the words 'Royal Commission' is tossed out too. Refers to the determination of the government to make a 'supercity' of Auckland which currently has seven separate councils.
