Shows a view of a small village on the coast, with a rowboat of European sailors in the foreground. On either side are small boats of Solomon Islanders, exchanging goods with the occupants of the central boat. The boat at the right contains bananas. A man in the boat at left appears to be helping remove one of the sails of the central boat.
