Description

The tea-lady has stopped her trolley outside the door of the caretaker Prime Minister to talk to a cleaning lady who is pouring a cup of tea. The cleaning lady seems to be suggesting that the Prime Minister has asked her to be a minister.She tells the tea lady that when she asked the PM why she thinks a cleaning lady would be a good minister when there are so many others to chose from the PM says that at least the cleaning lady has yet to prove that she wouldn't be a good minister.
