In the first of two frames former American president Bill Clinton has his arm around President Obama who is claiming victory after winning the 2008 American presidential election in which he was competing against Hilary Clinton, wife of Bill, and as they both grin broadly for the cameras he mutters to himself that he will never have to feel this uncomfortable again. In the second frame Bill Clinton realises that he was wrong (about the level of discomfort) as he sits beside the President of North Korea, Kim Jong-il after having brokered a special pardon for two jailed US journalists.
