Prime Minister, John Key, followed by members of his cabinet, climb up a steep slope to the 'summit' where, John Key, who is about to step over the edge into an empty gully that represents 'unemployment', announces that he feels as though they are on the edge of something big. A vulture sits on a signpost that reads 'Unemployment'. Refers to the 'Jobs Summit' that was held on 27 February with the aim of finding strategies for keeping people in jobs through the period of the recession.
