Description

Shows an Auckland City Council employee, holding a clipboard, and pointing at a sandwich board on the pavement. The owner of the sandwich board in turn points to the 'Crap Apartments' further down the street that the council has allowed. Refers to the Auckland City Council bylaws in regards to sandwich boards on pavements. It was argued that there were too many sandwich boards on Auckland streets. Consequently shop owners had to register and pay for their sandwiches boards to be allowed on pavements.
