Description

Shows the defence council in the David Bain retrial demanding that the whole of the crown case be thrown out on the grounds that it is prejudicial to his client, especially the signed confession which puts him in a shocking light. The judge agrees. Refers to the retrial that found David Bain not guilty. The cartoon is slightly mocking of what seemed like irrefutable evidence against David Bain being thrown out.
