Shows two men looking at an image of a crowd of people raising their glasses in celebration at a sumptuous dinner. One of the men asks whether it is a photo of Randolph Hearst entertaining celebrities at his Californian Castle in 1928 and the other relies that it is actually Housing New Zealand at their Tongariro fishing retreat in 2008. The crowd is drinking a toast to the ministry's promise that reads 'promoting consistent delivery systems & strong customer service'. Refers to the Housing New Zealand's having hosted a conference at a luxury lodge for which they were criticised for squandering taxpayers' money by the opposition and for it's being 'not a good look' for the government when economic times are becoming tough by the prime minister.
