Booklet containing the official programme of events, including a sports programme, descriptions of famous British regiments, photographs of the commandant and general staff of the Imperial Regiment, the King's bodyguard, 21st Lancers, Cameron Highlanders, Royal Horse Artillery, Scots Guards, Irish Guards, New Zealand veterans of the Crimean War, Colonel Dahbda, officers of the Indian Contingent, Major Keshawarao (Gwalior I.S. Cavalry), New Zealand veterans who served in the Indian Mutiny, New Zealand veterans of the 18th Royal Irish Regiment, British veterans in Auckland, officers of the 6th contingent to South Africa.
The front cover shows a New Zealand soldier and a British soldier shaking hands on the shore. At top left is a British coat of arms.
