- Description
ACC Minister, Nick Smith, holds up a report that reads 'Labour concealed huge ACC liability' to former Finance Minister, Michael Cullen, who stands on top of a great heap of rubbish that represents the '$1.5 billion accounts blowout' that was made apparent by the 'Prefu' (Pre-election Economic and Fiscal Update). Michael Cullen says that it wasn't a lie as they said before the election that they could still give the Nats a hiding. (Play on the word 'hiding' meaning thrashing in the election and hiding the evidence).
