Description

A reporter asks the minister if he has any convictions that we don't know about - he means criminal convictions, not firm beliefs - the minister says either way he has none. Refers to ACT MP David Garrett who has been sacked for past misdemeanours which include his stealing a dead baby's birth certificate to get a false passport apparently as a kind of joke.
