Prime Minister Helen Clark stands at the door of the bathroom demanding to know the whereabouts of the United Nations report. Michael Cullen, Deputy Prime Minister, who has just flushed the report down the toilet, tells her that it is on its way to the foreshore and seabed. The reference is to a United Nations report about the foreshore issue among others made by special rapporteur, Professor Stavenhagen.
