In the first of two frames a a great crowd gathers for the presentation of the awards for global meltdown blame. At the front of the crowd stand the three finalists. A bosomy presenter announces the winner as 'corporate greed'. In the second frame the man representing 'corporate greed' accepts the award with a great show of emotion and says that the award is really for his fellow finalists, 'legislative sloth' and 'presidential torpor' (George W. Bush). Refers mainly to the Wall Street economic crash of September 2008 which was due largely to lending money that did not exist.
