Description

Police Commissioner Rob Robinson lies sprawled in the road having been knocked down by a hit and run car labelled ' 111 inquiry'. He is on his mobile phone calling the emergency call centre in vain. Refers to the criticism that the police have been receiving recently about emergency calls not being answered or being answered too late as in the case of missing Auckland woman, Iraena Asher.
