Tall buildings line the street, with neon signs advertising Sino, Coffee, Sex, Restaurant. There is a Cross on one building. Beyond the buildings a yacht sails towards a palm tree island. The background sky is black and full of green items including horns, wine glass, a wad of banknotes, a hypodermic syringe, guitar, dice, pills, a cigar, cigarette and eyeball. Jenny Shipley expresses a sight tendency towards a lack of appetite at the plight of poorer children in Auckland, while Wyatt Creech comforts her with a pat on the shoulder. Bill English, at left, asks Creech to "Pass the champers [champagne]!"
