Caricature of Sitiveni Rabuka, Fiji's former Prime Minister who has been charged with incitement to mutiny. Rabuka who staged Fiji's first military coup in 1987, but then led the country back to democracy, has been arrested. Mr Rabuka is alleged to have incited Lt Colonel Viliame Seruvakula to commit mutiny in July of 2000.
