Shows Jaimee and Debbie discussing the ambition of Dr Don Brash, the former Governor of the Reserve Bank, becoming the leader of the National Party on the 28th October 2003. However Debbie seems to miss the point and thinks that you need to write your name on enough banknotes to become the Governor.
