Shows a man who has wrapped himself in 'Pink Bats' insulation. His wife looks on with her arms crossed and is wearing warm clothing. The man tells her that the power companies said to use insulation. Refers to power prices and how they can be reduced by having your house insulated. Many New Zealand houses lack basic insulation in the walls, floors and ceiling resulting in a loss of heating and high power bills.
