- Description
One of the line crew climbs up a power pole to restore power to a nearby house somewhere in snowbound Canterbury. In the background are snow-covered mountains. His boss shouts up that he should imagine he owns a skifield and the day will just fly by. Refers to the very heavy snow that has caused power failures over large areas of the lower South Island. Some families have been without power for over two weeks.
