The officer replies that he knows a place off K-road. The second frame is of a doctor giving his patient (representing Business culture) his test results that there is hardly any trace of ethics or vitamin-C in his bloodstream. The third is of a meteor representing Bradford Bill that narrowly misses a New Zealand plane. The pilot of the plane comments that 17% of passengers think it's a meteor while 83% think it's just junk.
