- Description
Prime Minister, Helen Clark and Deputy Prime Minister, Michael Cullen are having a serious discussion about the make up of the cabinet. Helen Clark is looking extremely decisive; she is even clutching her hands together in a decisive way. She thinks the dead wood needs to be cleared from Cabinet and the brightest and best selected from caucus to replace them. Michael Cullen is aghast at the notion of having fifteen empty seats. The implication is that there will not be great replacements for the number of seats that will have to be cleared out.
