Description

Minister of Finance, Michael Cullen, is riding a horse called 'NZ economy' in a steeple chase. The horse has stumbled at a wall named 'Overtaxing, overspending' knocking several bricks down. A man and a woman, observing from the sideline, involuntarily utter 'oops' and Michael Cullen glares at them and demands to know what they mean by 'Oops!' Refers to the fact that there is some anxiety about the economy currently.
