The cartoon shows Corporal Willie Apiata carrying a large weapon and staring out of the cartoon at viewer. Behind him is a fellow soldier who is getting instructions by phone from headquarters who say that Willie has 'to wear goggles and a helmet because he is terrifying everybody, not just the Taleban'. Refers to a photograph taken by a foreign photographer of Willie Apiata who is a member of the SAS and who is in action in Afghanistan. Willie Apiata received the Victoria Cross for bravery a year or two ago. The photo has been printed in many newspapers and there is some anxiety that the exposure might put Apiata in danger.
