A group of trainee parliamentary messengers sit around a table learning that for messengers the most important thing is to deliver the message to the correct place. Refers to the leak by a messenger from the PM's department of a document about Telecom's being required to unbundle the wires and make broadband more readily available. The leak is causing sharemarket jitters.
