Description

In the first of two frames Prime Minister John Key is seen holding a document entitled 'Climate 2009', a reference to the Copenhagen Climate Change conference (COP15). He says to Deputy PM Bill English that if sea levels rise as predicted they won't have to keep debating foreshore access. Refers to the COP15 conference In December 2009 and also to the Foreshore and Seabed Act whichh the Maori Party wants to revisit.
