Shows Finance Minister, Michael Cullen, in the guise of Don Culleone, telling one of his henchmen that they will deal with the Don Key Mob's (John Key) threat to buy off families with tax cuts by offering the punks an offer they can't refuse, giving them more cuts than a bowl of mince at the Chainsaw Massacre. Refers to the tax cuts, fairly modest, that Cullen announced in the 2008 budget. Refers to the Godfather motion picture series.
