Description

Prime Minister John Key walks a tightrope using a balancing pole with tags reading 'IOU' dangling from either end. A small notice reading 'The NZ economy' is stuck in the post from which the tightrope which is strung; the tightrope is attached to nothing at the other end. John Key wonders 'So, what's holding me up?' Context; New Zealand's economy unexpectedly contracted in the third quarter of 2010 and moved closer to a recession.
