A policeman staggers under the weight of a huge tome entitled 'Bazley Report'. Refers to the report into police conduct conducted by commissioner Dame Margaret Bazley. After reviewing files relating to 370 complaints of sexual assault against police officers or associates, hearing from senior police, experts and 10 of the women who came forward with their own experiences, commissioner Dame Margaret Bazley identified 60 areas requiring action.
