Description

Shows an elephant whose body in the shape of a globe represents 'world problems' which relate to the world's terrorism problems. A cleaner with a rubbish bin who represents the United Nations talks to an innocent little kiwi with a question mark over his head, warning him that if he finds out the kiwi is responsible for the mess there will be consequences. Refers to United Nations officials having sent a "please explain" letter to the Government asking for information about aspects of last year's high-profile police raids in the Bay of Plenty. The letter is understood to raise specific issues about the surveillance operation that led to raids in Ruatoki, and to ask about people being removed from their cars to be photographed.
