Description

Shows a postage stamp featuring former Finance Minister, Michael Cullen, as an NZ Post Board appointee. A man comments that 'They're licking his backside before sending him off'. Refers to the offer by the Government to former Deputy PM and Finance Minister Michael Cullen of the position of Chairman of the Board of NZ Post and its subsidiary Kiwibank. He succeeds Jim Bolger who is retiring from the position. Michael Cullen retired from Parliament in early April 2009.
