- Description
In the first of three frames a man is delighted as he has a good idea which is portrayed by a bright lightbulb in a thought bubble. In the second frame, Prime Minister, Helen Clark, marches up and siezes the lightbulb. In the third frame the man looks glum and the thought bubble above his head contains a new spiral eco-bulb. Helen Clark is seen trudging off in the distance thinking angry thoughts. Refers to the government's decision to phase out the old less environmentally-friendly incandescent bulbs and have available only compact fluorescent eco bulbs (CFLs). There is a play on the words 'Watt' and 'what'.
