Shows a huge infernal machine that has been invented by the Electoral Select Committee to scrutinise and amend the Electoral Finance Bill. An engineer in a white coat pushes a camel into the machine while a second engineer looks dubious as Prime Minister, Helen Clark declares that what has been produced looks as close as dammit to a horse. Refers to the working through the problems in the Bill which makes the rules for the funding of and advertising in political campaigns during the election process.
