Shows a baby wearing a little pointy hat lying in its pram which is labelled 'No nukes'. On the left is Leader of the Opposition, Don Brash, hands clutched together, hushing the child back to sleep and promising to talk after the elections; on the right is Prime Minister, Helen Clark, about to blow into a large set of bagpipes and yelling at the baby to wake up because it is in danger. Refers to New Zealand's nuclear-free policy, forged by Labour and under threat by National who realise that the issue is too contentious to tackle before the election.
