Foreign Affairs Minister, Winston Peters, and a reporter stand beside an Air New Zealand aeroplane painted in cameoflage colours. Winston Peters looks desperate and has steam coming out of his head. The reporter supposes ironically that extraordinary renditions would be out of the question too. Winston Peters has said that it would be out of the question that the New Zealand government would allow the use of New Zealand planes to carry Australian troops to Iraq.
