Leader of the ACT Party Rodney Hide plays with a derailed 'ACC' train saying 'No way am I letting Heather anywhere near a fun job like this'. ACT and the insurance industry are both very keen for competition in accident insurance. Refers to Rodney Hide's replacing Heather Roy as his deputy with John Boscawen. A very public spat ensued because notes written by Heather Roy in which she described Rodney Hide as a 'bully' were leaked. She was 'sent' home on stress leave but popped up again in Wellington five days later, determined to leave the past behind her.
