Jim Knox, President of the Federation of Labour, points to four portraits of the New Zealand Prime Minister, Robert Muldoon, in turn - as a Roman Caesar, as Adolf Hitler, as Benito Mussolini and as a saint. Muldoon's hard stance has united all unions against him, thus increasing union power.
