Shows Winston Peters, Minister of Foreign Affairs, walking across the tarmac with American Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice. One of three people who pass them recognises her and says her name. The second person misunderstands and thinks she has been 'conned' by Winston Peters; he adds that he conned Helen Clark easily enough. The woman with them wonders who Aleeza Rice is. Condoleezza Rice visited New Zealand over the last weekend in July 2008 to have talks and was met and escorted by Winston Peters who is in difficulties at the moment because he denies knowledge about campaign funding for New Zealand First.
