Description

'The Underzone' cartoon strip. In the first frame Prime Minister, Helen Clark lies in bed while her husband, Dr Peter Davis looks out of the window wondering why explosions continue when Guy Fawkes has passed. Helen Clark says that the explosions are caused by Finance Minister, Michael Cullen because she has loosened his purse strings. Refers to Michael Cullen's reluctance to provide tax breaks.
