On a billboard is a poster advertising the position of New Zealand's Honorary Consul in Monaco. Refers to the donation given to the Labour Party as an interest-free loan of $100,000 by millionaire, Owen Glenn, who made clear around the same time that he was interested in the position of Honorary Consul to Monaco.
