Description

Prime Minister, Helen Clark stands on a podium at the annual Ratana ceremonies. In front of her are several members of the band with their musical instruments. Helen Clark makes a speech which is her 'report card' for how the Labour government has done in terms of dealing with Maori issues. It reads like a school report card. Refers to Helen Clark's way of illustrating to the Ratana people the government's progress in dealing with Maori issues; she reads what she describes as a 'report card'.
