Shows Leader of New Zealand First, Winston Peters, dressed as Santa Claus, and ringing a bell as he stands near a tripod from which hangs a bucket into which he first asked people to 'give' generously and then to 'take' generously. Refers initially to New Zealand First's raising funds for the 2005 election campaign and then later making $158,000 in secret donations to charities, in lieu of paying the Parliamentary Service as all other parliamentary parties have done in relation to spending identified by the Auditor-General as illegal.
