The vicar reads the banns and from the corner comes an 'ahem'- it is from Winston Peters, who was defeated by Bob Clarkson, after having held the seat for many years. Refers to the courtcase that Winston Peters is bringing against Bob Clarkson who he is accusing of overspending his allowed budget on his political campaign.
