Description

Shows a policeman trying to stop a rioter throwing another Molotov cocktail in the direction of a building that is already on fire. The rioter objects to being arrested on the grounds that this is what politics in the Solomons is always like. Refers to the uprising in April 2006 that was triggered by the election of former deputy Prime Minister Snyder Rini, 46, as the country's new Prime Minister following a vote of the 50-member parliament earlier in the day. The crowds believed there was corruption in the voting. A large part of Honiara was destroyed.
