A group of men paddle a waka named 'Auckland supercity' pulling behind them a rubber raft flying a flag bearing the words 'Iwi Advisory Committee' in which sits a Maori who is shouting but who is not heard by the men in the waka who decide that since they cannot hear them complaining Maori must not mind the way things are.
