In the first of two frames Prime Minister, Helen Clark, tentatively tries to start a conversation with 'China' but the man representing China shouts back at her and in the second frame she quietly withdraws while he blasts away with his gun. Refers to New Zealand's trade negotiations with China in the face of China's bad human rights record, particularly in relation to Tibet.
