George Bush, President of the United States, stands beside Hamid Karzai, President of Afghanistan, making a speech in which he congratulates the people of Afghanistan on their new-found freedoms. They are surrounded by goons in dark glasses who remind each other not not make sudden movements. This cartoon demonstrates the awful irony between President Bush's perception of freedom and the actual hair-trigger tensions of the situation.
