A kiwi representing New Zealand sits in a hospital bed and tells a doctor who has an 'OECD' file under his arm that he will take his 'free market, privatisation cure' as soon as the patient in the next bed recovers. The next-bed patient is a skeleton wearing an American 'Uncle Sam' hat. Each patient has a chart on the end of his bed showing a downward trend for economic statistics. Refers to the question of whether New Zealand should follow the path of the Americans if it wants economic recovery.
