Shows a series of diagrams on how to weather proof a building. Need a weather skin, flashing, weather screen, a ventilated cavity, flashing, insulation, lining, flashing, and another ventilated cavity. With all those layers the walls are nearly touching as a builder stands in the building looking perplexed. The building is then covered in a tarpaulin and then insured heavily. Shows the builder running away in the final diagram. Refers to the New Zealand building code E2 (External moisture).
