Shows the New Zealand High Commissioner talking to a man who is carrying a placard bearing the words 'Bainimarama is a dickhead'. He tells him to go out and to ask the Police Commissioner to ring him when when he regains consciousness. Refers to the beating received at the hands of the police by Suva-based New Zealand businessman Ballu Khan. Khan had appealed to the High Commission for protection before he was beaten. Fiji is in the grip of a military dictatorship lead by Colonel Bainimarama.
